Thanks Ashok for this well explained article, and also the link sources for further explanations! I’ve two questions:

Firstly, how do you deal with situations where the technical/engineering lead/other divisions do not trust your ability to represent the consumer because they feel that they know better than you, thereby not convinced by your direction?

Secondly, how would you recommend someone coming from an unrelated industry build the necessary skillsets toward becoming a good PM? (is it wise to start from any team in the company?)
